In 2021 Incident Tracker reached some exciting new heights. Notably our usage base has expanded greatly, for example, we welcomed a new country into the fold along with thousands of new users who are utilizing version 2.0. This past year has seen a new set of APIs made available as well as the team having laid the foundation for a new Mobile App. Let’s take a minute to look back at 2021 and also take a look forward to what’s to come in 2022.

By adding a new country to Incident Tracker’s usage base, we have raised the count from 32 to 33 countries served in 2021. Looking at statistics, over 360,000 logins occurred; that’s up from 320,000 in 2020. Over a quarter of a million reports were filed and over 4 million events were logged. 2 million emails were delivered and more than 400,000 workflows were executed which help people run their day-to-day activities more smoothly than ever.

Incident Tracker version 2.0 is in wide use now. Based on positive feedback and reviews, the new version has been exceeding expectations and making our users experience more seamless than ever before.

The product itself received many upgrades, here are just a few:

* New public APIs
* Improved the process for users to retrieve lost account information
* Added vision impaired support
* Added an additional SMTP service option
* Added a new tool to help with data exporting
* Improved authentication integration offerings
* Added additional support for UK customers email service

We greatly appreciate the feedback our customers have taken time to give us this past year, this helps to enhance our service in years to come.
