Each Report in Incident Tracker contains its own unique Life Cycle. The Report Life Cycle is a complete listing of every action that has occurred within the Report confines from the beginning (the submission) through any automated or manual events up until the last action.
This Life Cycle is basically a complete audit trail that shows gaps in activity (stale states), and actions in a complete time line, actions can be system events such as an email alert being sent to a notification group to alerts users that a report has not been acted on for X days, or a manual event committed by a user, such as setting or changing the Report priority or assignment or attaching a comment or a file or removing a file and much more.
See a screen capture below of an example of a Report Life Cycle.
